In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter referred to as: "GDPR"), Friss Hús Budapest Kft. 4. Exercise of rights of data subjects
4.1. Right of access
Under Article 15 of the GDPR, you have the right at any time to request information about whether and how your personal data is processed by the Data Controller, including the purposes of the processing, the recipients to whom your data has been disclosed or the source from which it was obtained by the Data Controller, the retention period, any rights you have in relation to the processing and, in the case of transfers to third countries or international organisations, information about the safeguards relating to such transfers.
In exercising your right of access, you also have the right to request a copy of the Data as follows:
- The right to request a copy must not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
- If your request is excessive or manifestly unfounded, the Data Controller may charge a reasonable fee under Article 12(5)(a) of the GDPR or refuse to act on the request (Article 12(5)(b) GDPR).
4.2. Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, as the processing is based on your consent, but this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent and on the basis of that consent. You can withdraw your consent by sending a statement to the postal or e-mail addresses specified above.
4.3. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
Pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR, where you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of your personal data and there is no other legal basis for the processing, the Data Controller will delete the data without undue delay.
If the Data Controller has disclosed the Data and is required to delete them pursuant to the foregoing, the Data Controller will take reasonable steps, including technical measures, taking into account available technology and the cost of implementation, to inform the data controllers that you have requested them to delete the links to or copies or replicas of the personal data in question.
Data may not be deleted where processing is necessary:
- (a) for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information;
- (b) to comply with an obligation under Union or Member State law that requires the controller to process personal data;
- (c) for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
4.4. Right to restriction of processing
You may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data on the basis of Article 18 of the GDPR in the following cases:
- processing is unlawful but you oppose the erasure of the Data and instead request the restriction of their use;
- The Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
4.5. Right to rectification
You may at any time request the rectification of your personal Data, indicating the correct data by sending a statement to the postal or e-mail address specified above.
4.6. Right to complain, right to redress
If you consider that the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller infringes the provisions of the applicable data protection legislation, in particular the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. 4.7. The time limit for responding to the Data Subject's request
Data Controller will ensure that, if you exercise any of your rights in relation to this processing and contact Data Controller in this regard, Data Controller will respond to such requests without undue delay and in any event within 30 days.
