HUNGARIAN COMPETITION JURY
Flóra Anna Buda grew up in the 8th district of Budapest. After studying fine arts, she graduated in animation from MOME. Her graduation film, Entopia, premiered at the 69th Berlinale and won the Teddy Award. Her first professional film, 27, won the Palme d’Or for short films at the Cannes Film Festival in 2023 and received numerous prestigious awards. She is currently working on new projects and paintings. Her goal is to create new universes with an open mind and tell honest stories, regardless of the medium.
Anne Gaschütz, festival director and programmer, grew up in Dresden, Germany before she moved to England in 2002 and later studied Film in Wales. She joined FILMFEST DRESDEN - International Short Film Festival in 2013 as part of the International Selection Committee, became the festival’s co-director in July 2020 and its director in June 2024. In 2021 she became a member of the Pardi di domani Selection Committee at Locarno Film Festival. She is also one of the initiators of Talking Shorts, an online platform that focuses on short film criticism, and a member of the European Film Academy.
Laurent Crouzeix is on the Executive team of the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival and Short Film Market. Laurent manages Euro Connection co-production forum and designs various industry meetings. As sustainability officer, Laurent takes charge of the event’s social and environmental action plan. Laurent’s first stop motion short doc Amerigo and the New World was released in 2019.

INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION JURY
Jing Haase is a curator and short film expert who has been working in the industry for more than two decades. She has previously worked with Nordic shorts and docs at Nordisk Panorama and as festival manager for short films at the Swedish Film Institute with a primary focus on international distribution. She has also worked as a programmer and in film production. Jing is often used as moderator, panellist and jury member at international festivals and industry events.
Sadhbh Murphy is the Sales and Acquisitions Director at Network Ireland Television (NITV) and has been with the company almost 18 years. Now 30 years in operation, NITV is renowned for its successful distribution of high-quality narrative short films worldwide, including multiple Academy Award and BAFTA winners and nominees.
Balázs Turai is an animation film director. He co-wrote and co-directed the series Candide, based on an idea by Voltaire and György Kovásznai. He co-created the web series Oligarchy, and his two short films are The Fall of Rome, and the Annecy Crystal and Heart of Sarajevo Award-winner Amok.
Zsuzsanna Vincze JD. is a lawyer, filmmaker, and producer. She is the director of the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME) Centre for Film and a member of the University Senate, producer of graduation films since 2023. She completed her studies at the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University and did an MA at the Department of Film Studies at the same institute. She has decades of experience in film and media law, film production, and film communication. She has worked on numerous audiovisual creations, film industry publications and events as a creator, producer, editor, and consulting expert.
